This is the Tumblr version of my much neglected music blog, which I started in 2009. It's been through several guises, been hacked, deleted, restarted many times. I have a love hate thing with it. I do not, however, have a love hate thing with music. It's kept me going at many points. Even this page, I've started and scrapped many times, but I am going to take a slightly different approach this time.
My main Tumblr is a-postcard-from-reality, so I can't follow back from this page. I have my actual blog that pre-dates Tumblr and is at mixamorphosis.com. Other than that, I'm on streaming platforms like Soundcloud, and a lesser presence on Mixcloud and Hearthis.at. I have a couple of social media accounts that aren't used, so it's pretty much Tumblr and those links above.
My plan for here is to just share a steady, but not overwhelming volume, of music from my collection, mixes that I've made, mixes from others that I love and occasionally some other music related posts I see on Tumblr. Expect it to be very eclectic and to jump around from soul to ambient, house to jazz, folk to techno etc etc etc. You get the drift.
