there’s no “medical record” of systems without OSDDID because, if they don’t have a disorder, why tf would it be medically recorded?
our system is traumagenic in origin (tho we don’t really like to say that online because then sysmeds think we support them), has been medically recognized by healthcare professionals, and we still don’t have OSDDID. you know why? because we aren’t disordered.
to be diagnosed with OSDDID, you pretty much have to have poor internal communication and be distressed about it. If you want to be functionally multiple, you like being a system, you have good internal communication, or you express that you aren’t in distress, they won’t diagnose you (unless maybe you’re rich / white / otherwise neurotypical, in which case you need to reevaluate your biases).
saying that non-OSDDID systems aren’t real because there’s no medical documentation is like saying that xenogenders aren’t real because there’s no medical documentation. You are diminishing people’s lived experiences because the system that is built off of middle aged white men as the base for the human experience says they aren’t real. self reflect on that.
