So what does this mean for Iowa voters?

Iowa was red in 2020 and has historically been red. As someone who lives in AZ, a red state that is now a swing state, it is entirely possible to flip a state or at least make the Republican Party sweat. So if you are in Iowa and were considering not voting because “your vote won’t count in a red state anyways”, please get out and vote.

Obviously polls can be inaccurate, but how great would it be if we could flip a state that republicans considered an easy victory?

I am Calli and I want to share with you the story about my dear friend Mohammed and his precious family.

Mohammed is a 37yo husband, father and engineer.

His biggest passion is his family: his wife Enas Majed, and kids, Layan, Sarah, Adam and baby Amir, born during the war.

He is an accomplished mobile developer. Just before this nightmare started, he had founded Brand Tech, a startup dedicated to web and mobile app development.

Amidst the horrifying conditions they're subjected daily, both Enas and him dedicate every effort to care for their kids and provide them basic necessities such as water, food, clean clothes, diapers, baby formula, etc.

But there is also sickness. His boy Adam needs treatment for hepatitis, while baby Amir has blisters on his feet even when provided with the best care his parents can give.

Providing them appropriate food has been a challenge with such high prices and limited supply.

Outside help is stuck in the borders. The best way to help is to give directly to them.

His campaign has been verified multiple times here, here, here and here. His campaign is #174 in the vetted Google doc.

I would put my hands on fire if it meant getting them all to safety.

My utmost desire is their safety, because the only worries they should have as parents is what gifts to give their kids on their birthdays.

Yes GLADLY because I absolutely hate how often pro-Israel ppl use pinkwashing (please read that link if you don't know what pinkwashing is and how Israel has constantly used it as part of its global image agenda) to justify genocide and war crimes. First, it's really dumb to expect colonized nations to develop socially. Palestine was occupied by the British and then by the Israelis. Now here's something most people actually gloss over: anti-sodomy laws and anti-homosexuality laws were put into place in Gaza by the British Mandate Criminal Code Ordinance, No. 74 of 1936. Which still remains in effect to this day.

Same-sex acts were actually decriminalized in Jordanian-controlled West Bank in the early 1950s and are still upheld to this day.

Palestine itself has no legislation either for or against homosexuality.

What we SHOULD talk about is how imperialist states (mostly the US and UK) have notoriously supported and propped up Right-Wing regimes in the Islamic world to combat communist ideology. The US, UK, SB, IL have all backed right wing movements like the Muslim Brotherhood (which then became Hamas) just to thwart leftist movements like the PLO who are pro-communist elements of the Islamic world.

Maybe stop colonizing and bombing these countries so they can socially develop. I’m begging you to read Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs so you stop making stupid arguments like this.

Hey can everyone please report this Instagram user for stealing my photos and saying they are for sale please.

My friend's doll collection was stolen on May 19th by his shitty landlord. Charges have been filed, but the landlord and the moving company he used to transport the dolls and other stolen property have been uncooperative in giving the information needed to trace and recover the dolls.

I'm asking that this post be shared as far and wide as possible so he has some hope of getting his most beloved and distinctive dolls back.

If anyone sees a massive dump of Ringdolls and Dollfie Dreams on Mercari, eBay, or Facebook, especially in/around/from the Louisville, KY area, please contact me so I can let him know.

I will update as we assess the full extent of the loss, but the dolls we're asking people to keep an eye out for at the moment are

We've spent the day talking to estate brokers, and so far nobody has unloaded any major collections. They've been given photos and told to call if someone tries to unload it.

Louisville police are refusing to file charges (literally, just said "yeah okay" and then never did it) and are just playing hot potato with them. Station A says they don't file grand theft charges, go see Station B. Station B says they don't file grand theft charges, go see Station A. Oh wait here's a number to call... except it's just the Crimestoppers tip line. Crimestoppers isn't part of law enforcement, they can't file shit.

Next to Chicago, Louisville KY is the worst place in the country to be a victim of a crime if you want justice.

They're trying to get a lawyer, but for the collection to ever be recovered, even the feds have said they need to hire a private investigator to get enough evidence for an indictment since the sheriff and metro PD are part of the crime.

He's trying to sell what little he had in storage to finance it, but the market can be finicky, and the sooner we can move on this, the better.

We're asking folks to donate to their legal/investigative fight, since it's looking like we'll have to take the long way around to get anywhere on this. Even if you can't donate, please share. Every little bit helps.
