I had the pleasure of joining this year's @kghnexchange with a long distance phone-call prompt from littencloud9

Once again, it is time for the fic exchange for Shakespeare's History plays - the Henrys, the Richards and even a John - and the history that inspired these plays.

This year, your mods are @kafkastan and myself @heartofstanding. After six years, @skeleton-richard has stepped down as mod (if you follow his tumblr, you'll understand why) and I want to thank him for his hard work over those years and wish him a speedy recovery.

Sign-ups and tag nominations are open right now and will close on 31 May. Assignments are due 30 August and works revealed on 5 September, authors on 12 September. These dates are subject to change if extensions are needed.

My first Discworld book was the Wee Free Men. I loved it, and read it over and over again. But since that was the only one my local library had, for the longest time I thought it was a standalone. Imagine my delight when, years later, I discovered the rest of this fantastic series.
