+ I really liked the fakeout of Caine in the void turning out to be when he first got deleted rather than a continuation of episode 8 like I thought at first.

- But in my opinion the scenes of him running and then trying to get over the abyss to the door took waaaay too long.

- Also I am absolutely NOT a fan of his complete 180 attitude towards the humans. Where did the self awareness and consideration for their needs and understanding of their actions come from??? Episode 8 and all the episodes before showed us how incapable he was of understanding human emotions and how much he refused to listen to them whenever they explained! Now suddenly he just gets it and wants to make amends? What triggered this change? Just being "deleted"? This was one of the most shallow and abrupt redemptions I've ever seen for an antagonist! Seriously, if the whole Jax backstory had been done in a previous episode, we could've dedicated more of this finale to focusing on the ACTUAL plot surrounding Caine and the circus!

- Oh and I also really didn't like that it was apparently the blue AI that was "making" Caine have all those antagonistic thoughts about humans, what was with that Smeagol/Gollum argument? And then he was just completely fine, practically as sentient as a human, just by ripping it out of his head? Sure okay then! Might as well not have the main antagonist of the previous episode take any sort of responsibility for his actions, since we already excused the antihero protagonist for all HIS actions by just killing him off and showing his sad backstory too!! I guess that's just how we do things here!

+ SIGH... But I'll admit that part with the moon was cute.

+ It was cool getting all the characters' real names and real life personas, but Kinger being a girl dad was my absolute favorite!

- Still... as cool as it was, it felt a little tacked on? We don't get more details about C&A or the deal with the headset in the cafe or the other plot significant mysteries of the show, but the things fans liked making their own headcanons about is all spelled out for us in a slide show.

- Also I know it's the finale and we want a good ending even after Jax abstracted but it felt a little too fanciful that EVERYONE up leading good lives in the real world. Personally I'm gonna headcanon that putting on the headset somehow removed each of their worst traits that were holding them back - their "cancers" - and digitized them in the circus, and that's how their real selves were able to pursue their dreams more confidently afterward. I know it's a stretch and more on the supernatural side of things but I need at least SOMETHING to make some narrative sense here.

+ The credits scenes were pretty cute though, but they also make me laugh cause while we were watching them my sisters couldn't stop joking about how it was pretty much a montage of how much better life was without Jax and how much happier everyone was without him😂
