But just to be clear I cook with an electronic oven which take time to hear and I need to camp beside it to make sure it's cooking and not burning that shit can't be trusted

1- the measuring cup doesn't have to be an actual measuring cup any cup you as long as a hot coffee take out or a little longer could work too,

Now why does it not matter? Because most recipes require [one or 1 ] cup of water

one third or 1/3 cup of water, another explanation for last ones math is you imagine the cup to have three levels like this:

And you just need one third so you choose number one if that makes

We don't need to explain half a cup 1/2 or fourth of a 1/4 cup

Because it's the same math two get split in two and fourth gets split into four and like that you continue.

2- always put enough oil or butter so it doseny stick or a butter baking paper and just a bit of oil on top of it.

3- any cooking oil works just fine even the smelly one because the smell disappear while baking.

4- Yeast is put in a separate place and mix with the warm water until it mix then you put it with the other ingredients.

5- never trust your oven if you can make it 180°C 350°F or just make enough hot that you feel your face burning also for cakes there's no such thing as a specific time for it to bake if it's half an hour you check on it every 15 minutes because every oven is different.

6-wat ingredients and than dry ingredients added slowly while whisking so it doesn't To prevent clumping

honestly the only things i really struggle with is mixing things (cause i have noodle arms) and making them slightly too sweet? but other than that its been going great!
