I am begging the transformers comic community to stop obsessing over Tarn and glorifying what he does. He has deliberate Nazi symbolism in the comics and is written like an SS officer.

1. He ran a 'death camp' where he lied about wanting to send prisoners to do slave labor, and then put them in an incineration chamber -- forcefully built by an unwilling prisoner -- instead. The prisoners didn't know they were going to die until the chamber started to heat up. And then Tarn laughed.

2. He has a list of Decepticons to execute because they disobeyed orders or they're not active to the cause. He brutally kills his own followers if he feels they aren't loyal enough. He even mutilates a bot that was a Decepticon supporter but had a different religious approach, because Megatron's way is law.

3. The fact he hides his face and identity after the war is very intentional. This is what Nazi officers did to avoid being persecuted for their crimes.

4. He had doctors that would take the transformation cogs from their unwilling patients to supply to him because he was obsessed with transforming.

5. He psychologically and physically tortured countless bots, just to be cruel.

6. His "voice of death" is very obviously symbolic. During WWII, words killed. The reason the Nazis were so successful was because of the political rallying, spread of misinformation, and fearmongering they used to their advantage.
