So I finally did my first journal spread, and I'm in love!

So I've been in a weird spot in life recently. I went to the ER 3 days ago because my entire body has been numb for a week. I've been feeling dizzy and like everything isn't real. Very disconnected. They diagnosed me with panic attacks so I'm going to my doctor to get started on anxiety medication. I'm trying really hard to calm down and relax and remind myself that everything is alright and I can breath easy. It's just ruff. I'm hoping that geting this anxiety medication will help me. I really don't want to go through trial and error to find the right one I just want to start feeling normal again. I'm sick of litterally feeling num all over all the time. It's agonizing and mind fucking.
