if you're gonna criticise him then please also criticize All might as well. Amazing man, no doubt. But clearly BNHA's world building resembles the modern, capitalistic world. All might was at the pinnacle of it all. Many heroes suffered the brunt of All Might's power within the system and Lady Nagant is one of the examples of it. You telling me only HSPC is to be blamed? And All might couldn't do shit about it? HELL, in S7 even Ochako realized, who tf will save heroes? Like I get that the power was hidden for plot purposes but that's exactly what brought doom to it. If endeavor at a young age knew that the power that he's tried all his life to surpass to the point he bought unrepairable damage to his family as well was all culmination of some crazy broken ability, would he have still went ahead and done it?

Remember that Bakudeku's character trajectory as heroes resembles all might and endeavor's where Izuku represents All Might and Bakugou resembles Endeavor. And we could all see how that went down. Bakugou saved himself from becoming another Enji in this world.

It's all a domino effect at the end of the day.
