The most toxic relationship. I feel at first he'd be super flattered. Wow, someone really wants me, that's so hot! But as we know, Lawrence can't handle situations he can't control. He's trying to tell himself to be thankful, to be grateful, but holy shit every time he catches sight or evidence of this weirdo it sends him dizzy. He isn't flattered for long, to say the least.

He begins taking measures to avoid them. Covering up, taking different routes, going in the truck door instead of the front door at work, staying inside on his days off, finding positions to rest that dodge the windows, getting deeper blackout-curtains, etc... The longer it goes on, the more manic it makes him. Next thing you know, he sees someone in a jacket of the same color as theirs and he's sleeping in the bathtub and hunkering down in his apartments utility closet for a few days. (However, I will say, he always leaves the curtains just that much open when it comes to masturbation. It's an unbelievable get-off knowing some sick freak is watching him stroke, and it's something he can control involving this weirdo. He isn't sure why he grasps for giving them a show, especially since it makes him feel so rotten and sour after.)

Something like this would become a stain on his entire life. His whole routine, his whole day-to-day, his whole thought-process from morning 'til night begins revolving around this... stranger. How to avoid them. Wondering when it'll end and pulling his hair out when it seemingly never does.

But then, comes the day it does. Lawrence can enjoy his solitude for maybe two days before wondering. Where did they go? Are they hiding better? Did they... did they lose interest? ...Why? Sure, he shook them off. Life can go back to normal. ...But why? Why him to begin with, and now why not? It doesn't seem fair the way they can come in, destroy his everything, and then just leave. His anger boils. An unfathomable amount. It feels like fishing without a hook or trying to get an itch in a thick coat. He has no way of contacting them, no way of luring them back in, no way of delivering his message (or fist), it's just... uncontrollable. ...He'd start taking his normal routes again. Leaving his blinds open. Sleeping where he's supposed to be, though back facing the window. Spending more time outside. Occupying the area more. Giving just enough to hopefully...
