I often find myself focusing on the negative aspects of life – the problems we face, the challenges we need to overcome, and the difficulties that come with everyday living. However, today I would like to focus on something different – something that brings me joy.

As I sit here reflecting on what has made me happy, I can’t help but smile at the memories that come flooding back. It’s the simple things that have brought me the most happiness – the moments where I am fully present and grateful for what I have.

For instance, spending time with my family and friends has always been a source of joy for me. Whether we’re enjoying a small talk on phone, texting, telling jokes to each other, have a good meal at home with my mother, or even just watch random news on tv. The time spent with loved ones is always cherished.

Another thing that has brought me happiness is pursuing my passions. Writing, for example, is something I’ve always enjoyed doing – even when it’s just for myself. Every time I sit down to write, I’m reminded of how much it means to me.

I find joy in the little things – a good cup of milk, read some articles on the internet, or even just listening to my favorite song. These small things may seem inconsequential, but they add up to create moments of happiness throughout the day.
