I have no way of knowing how old this ask is, but gonna answer it for future folks who might likewise want to use the maps for streams or paid games.

And the general answer is GO FOR IT! I made the maps for our own stream, because the black & white maps were a little boring for the stream, and I knew our group enjoys a more interactive experience. I shared them online so that others can equally enjoy a prettier map with their game! And as they're based off of WotC IP, they're fully free to use as you wish.

I'd love if credit is given, mostly so others can also find the maps for their own games, but I won't come after you if you don't, as they do have watermarks for this reason.
