Week 13 - 8 June 2020 Reflection
My first semester is finally over!
This course has taught me that many letters come from things around me, like the lecture example of week 5, which can come from buildings (RMITabc, or roadside water pipes, etc.). Although I only have three weeks of face-to-face class in school, the time spent with everyone is very happy and meaningful. Although I switched to an online course in the next 11 weeks, the online instruction by the teachers was very professional and efficient. Ben helped me a lot during this semester, especially in the creation of "Assessment 3", he helped me a lot. When I was facing English is not the first language, I also tried very hard to express to him the work I wanted to present, and Ben was willing to listen, and once again thanked him for his guidance.
The other thing I learned in this course is "sharing". Although I may be a shy person who is in contact with others, I am very happy that others can agree and give me opinions of my artworks so that I can create better artworks in the future. Besides, I think I have more space in the design layout because I prefer a simple and beautiful style, but it is also a good experience if I can try a complex style. Although the Covid-19 epidemic situation in this semester, many activities were actually completed by everyone, we are now forced to become individuals to carry out at home. I hope this epidemic situation will improve, and I can re-start my design journey, continue to learn to find creative inspiration, and share it with others! All the best!
