Does anyone following me (or not following me) still play Pokemon GO? I just got back into it in the last week. Not sure how long I'll play but I'd love if I could actually force myself to get out and walk from time to time. As of right now I can only maybe get out on weekends to actually get to spin pokestops. But I feel like it would be fun to have someone to receive and send gifts to from time to time. I have 7 people on my friends list, but they were from like 5+ years ago and none of them are active anymore. I'll put my friend code under a cut just in case anyone is actually interested. you literally can not have a vagina without paying for it. vaginoplasty for some, period products for others, if you want to stop buying period products that’s gonna be expensive medicine or an expensive procedure, recovery from surgery requires time off work and vaginoplasty specifically requires money spent on dilators. our bodies shouldnt cost us this much on baseline. having a vagina shouldnt have such a hefty tax on it. it makes me feel like i’m in a fictional dystopia written for middle school classrooms when i think about it.

TUMBLR ADS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO AUTO-PLAY AUDIO! THAT IS A BUG AND YOU SHOULD REPORT IT!

"This ad is auto-playing audio" is literally on the drop down menu for reporting an ad. Tumblr isn't trying to implement this! Don't protest this "new policy", cause it's not one.

Report the broken ads.

I learned from another post how to block a majority of ads on Android. I added the below private dns, and as long as you're connected to a wifi network (not sure about when not connected to wifi) it works wonders. Not sure if this works on IOS.

I still get a few ads, but they're the ones embedded into Tumblr, which isn't very many.

as someone who used to get really stuck on the concept of what a "normal" amount of headaches is (I know some people will say it's zero, which is true in a sense, but I don't think it's helpful, because the majority of people will experience at least one headache in their lifetime, and no one would go to the doctor for two mild headaches spaced a decade apart), I hope this can help someone else in a similar situation: at 4 headache days a month, the international headache society recommends starting preventative treatment for migraine (if you're getting 4+ "bad headache" days a month, it's probably migraine. there are other things it could be, but statistically? probably migraine).

I wouldn't say less than 4 headache days a month is "normal." but 4 is definitely a lot.

#4 is considered a lot . .#welp #I've never actually counted mine #and admittedly I only have to take meds for headaches a few times a month #mine are usually tension #though I've about decided I'm also getting spinal headaches #due to what all hurts #tension = band around the head #but mine usually are from right above the eyebrows back to the start of my neck #and also around my ears #Granted could also be dehydration; menstrual; or exhaustion
