What a life, what a life, a crazy life. Soulmates they say. I remember on a hot summer day, where the sun shines brightly, in the middle of the road where you can hear the noise of a very busy city, and the noise of the people surrounding us. It’s like the world has stopped, we look into both eyes as if this time is already fated by the heavens, it is like looking onto your soulmate, and that day I was thinking that it would be you and be. We both smiled, and that is how our love story starts. My heart always flutters when I remember our first meeting. It’s very funny how we both came from strangers and then became lovers.

From then on we shared memories together. Memories that are both sad and happy ones. Memories that I have always treasured until now. We both promised to fulfill our dreams together and build our own happy family and after that I knew that I would end up marrying you, grow old together, until the end. Together we celebrated every special occasion in life. However, as they said; Love never lasts forever. You said I would always be the only one for you, I would be the person you would marry, share memories until death does us part. But, from the past months that we are together, slowly you became cold, it is not like the first time. It's as if you fell out of love, and there I saw across the road, the road where we first meet, is you and a woman I don’t recognize, smiling sweetly together with your both hands held together. It breaks my heart to think of how it became like this. I cried my heart out as I felt the pain of betrayal.

We promised our love that day,

Memories that we both shared.

              One bird in the corner is learning to fly on a bright summer day when birds are flying freely. Other birds are laughing at the strange bird as it passes by. "Isn't that the infamous sunbird who can't fly?" said a flowerpecker bird. "How strange," the birds exclaimed, and they burst out laughing. "Don't pay attention to them. I can do this!" the sunbird thought to itself as it attempted to fly. However, it is just another failure of trying to fly, and the other birds laugh again, "Why are you still trying to fly?”, “Isn’t this your the fifth failed attempts in a day?" one bird said. The sunbird only replied, “I am afraid of not trying, not for failing” and then tried to fly again and again until the nightfall.
