House treating a low intelligence Courier without any kind of ridicule or impatience always gets to me. I don't know if it's because he's lonely, or because he is patient and calculating in his attempts to manipulate the Courier, (probably a bit of both) but the way House has no problem explaining things in a way the Courier would understand and always answer politely to his often silly questions is very endearing to me.

it could too be because he knows the courier is constantly 0.2 seconds away from consuming the platinum chip and he has no body to chase him around like a cat with something in his mouth. he knows he has to handle this situation delicately.
