After a few weeks of research, buying plans, flying out to California to meet with engineers, and architects and designers, I made a decision, and I paid for a house to be custom built, for me.   This is my house, paid off, in full, including my land.   I’ve been managing the building from a far. It’s a tiny house, and a smart house, and it’s being driven to me from Cali.
