Gluten Free Sunbutter & Choco Chip cookies

Ingredients

1 cup SunButter

1 cup light brown sugar, tightly packed

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp baking soda

½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a pan with parchment paper

 Stir sunbutter then add sunbutter and brown sugar into a mixing bowl and mix until combined,

Add egg, vanilla extract and baking soda. Stir until combined

FOLD in dark choco chips

Bake 8-10 mins
