Dear Dark Skin Humans worldwide, please listen to me when I tell you that most of you are definitely destroying yourselves and our future generations just because you are not getting your proper dosage of natural Sunlight which so many of our Beautiful Black African and Black Indigenous Families Worldwide are suffering from vitamin D deficiency.

Vitamin D deficiency has a negative impact on our mental and our physical health which needs to be addressed so that we can enjoy a long and healthy life. Dairy products such as milk actually do more harm due to our bodies which causes a concept of the vitamin D paradox because milk isn't good for us.

Nothing is better than our Sun or vitamin D supplements or having a vitamin D enriched diet, anything else can be counterproductive. Our Black Bodies have more anti cancer fighting immune systems than that is associated with people who have lighter skin tones.

Studying psychology revealed a lot of things to me in regards to human health and the false identity race that shows a pattern that I want to tell you about.

Let me make it very clear to all of you, I don't believe in the falsehood of race but I must reveal something that most of you don't know anything about which is the fact that people who identify themselves as Asian and european have a higher risk of cancer and other forms of mental and physical health issues from alcohol abuse versus those who don't use alcohol or drugs.

I've never used any types of artificial stimulants because I understand the damage that they both can cause to our Black African and Black Indigenous Bodies. This medical system is designed to destroy us even though the people who invented this concept of race are doing more damage to destroy themselves and I don't care about what these wicked and inferior cowards do to themselves, because they don't deserve anything kind or sympathetic, I personally am not concerned about these disgusting mother fucking cowards.
