🌀 CAN WE TALK ABOUT MEDITATION FOR A MINUTE?

Because I hear so many people say they’ve tried and couldn’t do it. And I want to offer you something different than what you’ve probably been told.

I didn’t even know I was meditating when I first started. I was just still. Sitting comfortably. Not looking for anything in particular. And that’s actually the point.

🎯 START HERE — BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE

When I rise in the morning, before my feet hit the floor, I say two things.

Thank you. And I am open to receive.

That’s it. That’s the whole intention. Because we are not in this existence alone. And when you come to that stillness with gratitude and openness, what needs to find you already knows where you are.

Be still and know. That scripture isn’t poetry. It’s instruction.

🎵 FIND YOUR FREQUENCY

Solfeggio frequencies. Shamanic drumming. Beethoven. Hans Zimmer. Sound shifts your brain from beta — that busy, analytical, never quiet state — into alpha and theta. Science calls it brainwave entrainment. Ancient traditions just called it sacred. Both are right.

👁️ CLOSE YOUR EYES AND TURN YOUR GAZE INWARD

Not just closed — directed. Toward your third eye. Your pineal gland. That seat of inner vision that every ancient tradition from the Egyptians to the Vedics recognized as the gateway between the physical and the nonphysical. What meets you there — color, warmth, release, tears — is valid. Receive it without judgment.

🕯️ LET YOUR ENVIRONMENT HOLD THE FREQUENCY

Incense. Candles. Solfeggio playing softly. Gemstones placed with purpose. A Mudra if it calls you — thumb to index finger, completing the circuit. These aren’t rituals for ritual’s sake. They’re signals to your nervous system, to your consciousness, that you have created a sacred container and you mean it.

✨ AND THEN — JUST RECEIVE

Sometimes what comes is clarity about something you’ve been circling. Sometimes it’s a download. Sometimes it’s what I can only describe as a cosmic scenic Sunday drive — touching the edges of space and time and just floating there.

You’re not emptying your mind. You’re quieting it enough to remember what you already know.

And what you already know is vast.

God doesn’t dwell in the memorized prayer from childhood or the grace we rush through before dinner. God dwells in the stillness most of us are too busy to enter.

As Kundalini ascends, it enters into one spinal chakra after another and incorporates into itself the qualities of these chakras, mastering them and resulting in certain definite extensions of power and sense perception. Upon completing

its ascent it has absorbed into its own essence all the qualitative states through which it has passed, so that the chakras appear as "united into one current," like beads upon a thread or knots upon a sacred cord.
