I've watched a lot of videos about brides who specifically tell their grooms not to smash cake in their face, but they do it anyway, and sometimes it ends the marriage early.
If I ever get married, and my partner smashes my face into the cake after I told them not to do it, I would probably crash out so hard that I would chase my now-former partner out of the venue while screaming, "I WANT AN ANNULMENT, YOU MOTHERFUCKING LOWLIFE!"
I would also chase his family out of the wedding too. Just act like a complete wild animal in response to having my boundaries blatantly crossed in front of my family and friends. Even if they called the cops on me, I wouldn't care. Take me to jail. I'd rather be stewing in prison than spend another minute at a now-ruined wedding that apparently should have never happened.
The other family would think my groom dodged a bullet. In reality, I'm the one who dodged a bullet. If my man disrespects my boundaries at our wedding, what's he gonna do to me after our wedding? I don't wanna find out, so I'd rather scare the piss out of him to make sure he and his family never comes near me again.
EDIT: Or, you know, alternatively... I could just smash his face into the cake before pointing and laughing at him and THEN say I want an annulment.
