So the screenshot is real; it's from a recipe blog called Woks of Life, which is the blog of a Chinese-American family and all the recipes they make. It has a TON of good stuff. They also have a cookbook.

Hong Kong style egg tarts are probably our favorite pastry. These taste just like (or better than) what you can buy at a Chinese bakery!
