In the last 2 months, I lost 10 pounds by eating less and going to the gym a couple times.

In the last 2 weeks, I gained 11 pounds by eating like a pig and lazing on the couch all day, every day.

Babe help I got peckish. Stuffing my self silly, Soup noodles salad Bananas Cider and Pizza so far.

Then cheese buns, cinamonswirls. and a cheese cake for after.

And then when that's all gone bread and butter till I can't eat no more. Or burst one of the two
