Despite being rather lost in her thoughts as she gathered her groceries and read through some of the packaging, Hayat could tell someone was watching her. Eduardo didn’t know if he had too many drinks or if his mind was elsewhere because he really had not noticed the other’s presence “Doesn’t sound like you are quite happy that you are here in the first place.” He said as he swam back a little. “But yeah, it would be. It is a big party over there, even though I’m not there.” He chuckled nervously as he let one hand go through his wet hair. 

When it came to the party, he just didn’t feel like he belonged there and he was quite bored. He didn’t know anybody there and well the pool was a viable option. “I’m Eduardo, just…a friend of a friend of the host I guess.” He shrugged. “Nice to meet you though.”

"A friend invited me so that I could meet their friend to give them a little clarity on their future and people noticed and I became more entertainment than a guest." She shrugged. "I like a party as much as the next person, but after a while, a room full of drunk people paying me to be an impromptu fortune teller can be..." She searched for a word to describe it and just settled on, "A lot", the stress of her tone on the words implying she was a bit over it.

Eduardo had been invited to a party, but he really wasn’t that into it. He barely knew anybody in it and he just didn’t feel like dancing. It was a little strange honestly. He was a party person. Hell, this was an amazing place to find a hook up, but eh there just wasn’t someone who was catching his eye as far as he could see. What saved the night though for him was the pool. He slowly made his way to it and stripped down to his underwear and just took a dip. He didn’t think twice. He pushed his wet hair back as he came to the surface, and was surprise to find someone else here. He just smiled. “Oh hey…um…are you the host of this party?”

At this point, Dylan had no idea how long she'd been walking around this party, shuffling the cards in her hands and observing the people enjoying themselves. All she knew was she needed a break. For the past hour, she'd been giving people readings with her tarot cards. Parties were the perfect environment to work the whole, psychic angle, she had going. It was much easier for the drunk and under the influence people to be more receptive to the idea rather than question it. For now, though, she needed a breather which is how she ended up wandering around the corner and out to the door to the pool where she slipped her feet out of her shoes and into the pool and laid the deck of cards beside her on the concrete. She only had a moment of peace before someone she hadn't been paying enough attention to apparently popped up from the water taking her a bit by surprise but quickly recovered from it as he began to speak and flashed a smile. "Thank God it's not, cause this is gonna be a bitch to clean up." She answered and noted before leaning forward. "Dylan. You would be?"

Dylan didn't look away from the window when she heard the younger girl speaking and was only have paying attention, her mind was rather busy focusing her attention and knawing at her lip, trying to think of some sort of plan for herself. She understood where the other was coming from, but the rudeness seemed unnecessary. "Interesting." Dylan hummed as she nodded her head still unbelievably curious. "Do you just not like the act of aggression in general because it just seems a little rude and intrusive or is it like you're just never really on that level? Like it's just not a vibe you slip into? Or is it like it's just unnecessary?" She asked and added. "I know it's a lot of questions and I probably have no business asking, but feel free to decline to answer I just find it interesting how people think."

“I wish someone would go back in time and tell me that ninety percent of adulthood was just paying for things,” Elaina sighed as she placed a bill on the counter in front of her. “There should be more free stuff. Just once a week, I don’t think that’s asking too much, is it?” She said. “The other ten percent of adulthood is sleeping, which is not nearly enough. More free stuff and more time to sleep. That’s really not asking for that much, is it?”

"Yeah well, I'm pretty sure if that happened life would be fair and I don't think that's how it works." Dylan shrugged and shook her head, because sadly as much as she wanted to be positive that is what it was. "Although, if more things were free I think I would just want it to be ice cream and not like those small free samples, like real pints of ice cream just because it makes people happy. That would definitely do something for the moral of humanity."

Dylan’s never been interested in academics. She doesn’t care. She graduated high school, had no interest in going to college. It’s just not something she finds important. She’s not stupid she got Bs and Cs in high school and can think very quickly on her feet.

She's not really a planner. She likes to wing it and whatever comes she will deal with.

Her go-to is denial and move on. She lost her mom when she was born and grew up never thought to ask. She lost one of her friends when she was 20 and just moved on like nothing happened.

Doesn’t really care about material possessions, she does like money though.

She is TMI about everything and everyone. About herself. About other people. She is always in everyone’s business about everything and very intrusive to everyone’s thoughts.

If a child or an animal ever came to harm in any way because of any of her actions she would feel guilty.

Dylan is a lesbian.

Her thoughts on sexual orientation are basically if it takes hooking up with someone of the opposite sex or the same sex to realize your sexuality, it doesn’t define or take away from how straight or how gay you are. You don’t have to hook up with someone to know your sexuality and even if you’re still questioning after years of thinking you were one thing and figuring out you’re not that’s fine too. No one gets to decide your sexuality but you and you’re allowed to do it however you need to and fuck what people think or say about it.

Dylan dresses very chic, for what she can afford. It’s mostly very feminine, with masculine pieces. Always unique dangly earrings and heels or boots. Mostly heels though. I don’t think she owns sneakers, but she definitely owns flats and flip flops. She likes dressing up when she has to but mostly keeps it chic but casual. When she’s choosing an outfit it always depends on what shoes she wants to wear that day. Always picks shoes first. Accessories if she has them are always last.

She is more emotional. Being analytical and thinking rationally first is not her strong suit. She thinks very much with her heart and her passion before her brain kicks in.
