"I hope you know how absurd you are. I don’t know how you make it work for you." Derek closed the book he was skimming through and put it on his nightstand before nudging Scott’s leg over as he laid on his side next to the alpha. "You want to take a day off? I think that’s one of the most selfish things you’ve allowed yourself to say." He propped his head up only to roll his eyes, "I do have a life outside of you. I have family, people I care for, a job and trying to figure out everything that’s going on in this town." He raised an eyebrow at the end, pretty sure Scott got the point. Glancing over to the laptop on his bed he nodded, "I was about to remind you that I don’t have a TV, again, but since you have that with you, you can put on whatever movie you want. I think you’ve left half your DVD collection around my loft." He scooted closer to Scott and pressed a kiss to his forehead. "Unless we get called to do something important, I’m certainly not going to complain."

"Pssh. I'm not absurd, you're absurd...ly handsome." Scott grinned, proud of himself for making what he thought was a fantastic joke. He scooted over so his boyfriend could lay with him. "I want to save everyone, but I'm starting to realize I can't just do it in one day, so maybe taking on measly day off to spend with my amazing boyfriend without worrying wouldn't be so bad." He smirked at Derek now, "Oh sure, you have a life. It's the pack and Raph, aren't those your only friends?" He teased the man. "You really need a TV if I'm going to be here more." He sat up to grab the lap top and pull it closer before laying back. A small blush toned his tan cheeks as his forehead was kissed. "You better not, because we're not leaving this bed. We're going to cuddle and kiss and watch a movie and have fun, dammit." He was mostly teasing, but he really wanted this. "Now what type of movie should we watch?" He asked is boyfriend, looking up at him.

Uh... Well... Since before Christmas. Things are going really well though.. if you want to know.

We're not even sure if it's true yet. And what the consequence of telling him is. You might have broken Danny.

I'm dating Derek Hale. It's true. I should have told you sooner. I love you please don't kill me.. or him I kind of like him.
