1. How does your character think of their father? What do they hate and love about him? What influence - literal or imagined - did the father have?
Millicent doesnāt have many memories of her father. Dad, he was gone too early for him to be a relevant figure in her life. He is the reason sheās in the wizarding world, though. Because he was an Unspeakable, the Bulstrodes were able to live in relative comfort, at least until the war. And sometimes, when her mum is tired, sheāll tell Millie,Ā āMija, you have his eyes.āĀ
5. Were they overprotected as a child? Sheltered?
Quite the opposite. Millicent was very protective of her parents. Sheād always been burly, strong.Ā āLike a bully,ā a neighbour had once said, chuckling. Millicent had glared at them, but shrugged and accepted it. All the better, if it meant people would leave their little family in peace.Ā
10. Is your character street-smart, book-smart, intelligent, intellectual, slow-witted?
Street-smart, certainly: enough to blend in and not be bullied at Hogwarts. Millicent does not consider herself intelligent or booksmart, but she is very determined and systematic when she wants something done. Itās what allowed her to become an Animagus, though initially Mcgonagall was fairly skeptical.Ā
15. Did they graduate? High-School? College? Do they have a PHD? A GED?
Millicent completed seven years at Hogwarts and finished the requisite training to become a hitwitch.
30. Are they holding on to something in the past? Can he or she forgive?
Unlike many of the others, Millicent has few connections she cares about, whether in a negative or positive sense. One of her bigger worries is that she doesnāt care enough about anything beyond herself, and that sheāll leave no legacy behind.Ā
45. Is your character pragmatic? Think first? Responsible? All action? A visionary? Passionate? Quixotic?
Millicent is fairly pragmatic and responsible, often able to make the logical decision. However, she comes across as aggressive and intimidating due to her demeanor and the blunt way in which she speaks.Ā Ā
50. What are the prevailing facial expressions? Sour? Cheerful? Dominating?
Millie has resting scary face, unfortunately.Ā
