I don’t think it’s just the color of their skin or texture of their hair. Barbies are tall, skinny, have thigh gaps, perfect proportions, blonde hair, blue eyes, and huge chests. What about us girls that are white, but still can’t amount to those things? Our eyes are brown and we have brown hair and we feel dull to have the same color eyes and hair, we’re never going to be that tall or have perfect proportions or be THAT skinny. This isn’t just about black girls and their hair texture, practically every little girl will grow up with the influence of Barbie or some other worldly influences that makes her feel less than worth it.

This was about how black girls need black dolls that look like them. Instead of hijacking this post why don’t you make your own damn post.

I wasn’t hijacking anything I was adding to it and agreeing with it, way to overreact. I was stating that their is a problem with our society for making women *BLACK AND WHITE* feel degraded. Don’t cuss at me like you have some high ground, it’s childish and petty.
