I know babes, RP is super addicting and it can be hard to remember that your RP partner (especially a beloved character) has a mun who is a very real person. A real person with a life, concerns, events, and feelings outside of RP.

It’s very rare that I’ve seen an RPer actively ignore a partner they have consented to play with. I know anxiety gets to the best of us, and it’s easy to feel like you’re being ignored when you see your RP partner responding to other threads.

From experience on both sides, I can tell you that’s rarely the case. Sometimes muns are overwhelmed with threads and partners. Sometimes muns have creativity and inspiration flowing for one thread, but they haven’t figured out how they want to respond to yours yet. Sometimes partners click really well and their interactions are very natural. Sometimes it requires more effort and concentration. None of this is a rejection of you as a partner or person.
