My poster for Pluribus episode 109, La Chica o El Mundo. Fun fact: I had half of a different poster drawn, and scrapped it because I couldn’t get this scene out of my head. Kusimayu convulsing, affecting the smile, the village just… stopping. And then she walks away from the baby goat. Just crushing, the whole thing. So of course, what better way to digest that than by spending a few days drawing it. Yeah. So anyway, that’s a wrap on Pluribus season one, and a wrap on my posters! Thanks so much to everyone who liked and shared these posts and took the time to leave a nice comment. I sincerely appreciated it, a lot. It was a rough year in which I couldn’t muster much enthusiasm for art making, and it felt really, really good to have a project again. I’m not sure what’s next for me, art-wise, but I’ll definitely be back for season two of Pluribus whenever it happens!

My poster for Pluribus episode 108, Charm Offensive. Carol and Zosia may not have played chess on a board, but they sure did play chess. Loved watching and analyzing every interaction. Rhea Seehorn and Karolina Wydra absolutely crushed it, as per usual. I have no idea where we’re headed for season one’s final episode, but I can’t wait to see it (early, even — thanks, Apple TV!).

My poster for Pluribus episode 107, The Gap. What an episode! Maybe my favorite so far, but to be honest — I find myself saying that every week. I’m glad this one gave me a chance to draw Manousos. Carlos-Manuel Vesga was simply brilliant throughout. (And of course Rhea Seehorn, but that goes without saying.) And hey, look — a yellow car! I’ll take any opportunity to draw a yellow car, even if it is on fire.

My poster for Pluribus episode 106, HDP. If Mr. Diabaté can stage an entire James Bond homage, I figured I could similarly do so with this week’s poster. (Who can tell me which poster this is homaging?) Samba Schutte was wonderful here, bringing so much depth to a complex character. Also, it was a lot of fun to draw those great Bond girl-esque costumes (though I admit the doily dress nearly broke me), especially Max Reeves’ fab poker dealer ensemble.

My poster for Pluribus episode 105, Got Milk. My excitement that we got the episode early quickly took a turn as I realized we’d have to wait an extra long time to find out what Carol saw. And IMDB says there are only nine episodes this season! I was counting on ten episodes, I guess from the Better Call Saul days — but this means the season is more than half over and so too are these posters!

My poster for Pluribus episode 104, Please, Carol. Not gonna lie, I felt pretty, pretty, pretty bad for Zosia in this episode. I’m glad we get this week’s episode early because that ending really got me!

My poster for Pluribus episode 103, Grenade. I mean… how great is Karolina Wydra as Zosia, a.k.a Pirate Lady? One of my favorite parts of making Saul posters was getting the chance to draw a wide variety of amazing characters, and I imagine that will be true of Pluribus as well!

Another piece from my new show at @g1988 — a Slashers button set! This was a fun one, the packaging was all hand assembled by me and my wife while watching some Netflix show about searching for gold in Alaska. Fun times!

My poster for Better Call Saul’s final episode, Saul Gone. Thank you to everyone who enjoyed these posters and for your support over the years. When I started this, I didn’t know if I’d even go beyond a few episodes, let alone a season, let alone 63 episodes. BCS has been very important to me, and I’ll miss it, and I’ll miss making these posters. It’s been quite a ride.
