My managers have personally told people that anyone who puts anything like that outside of just “male or female” gets their application tossed immediately. Btw if an interviewer asks if you have reliable transportation, don’t say anything but “yes I do” that’s it!!!!! Don’t say another word don’t say you take the bus or walk or bike or get rides or uber don’t say anything!!!!! Just say yes and that is it they cannot require any sort of proof of transportation.

Shit. I didn’t know that about transportation but I'mma start doing it now.

I’ve been to NUMEROUS job interviews. Even with managerial experience, a totally open schedule, and amazing work ethic, not a single one has hired me where I’d divulged in the interview I’m transitioning, and prefer to be called by my chosen name.  I kept the information to myself on my last interview, and was hired immediately after that.  Don’t ever try to tell me that job interviews aren’t swamped with discrimination.

hmm… i’ve been drinking soda and my body’s rust free… not sure where youre getting your facts from…

Blood is rust… hemoglobin= vitamins,minerals(iron)+oxygen=rust. We’re literally running rust through our veins…along with plasma which is about 92+%. Just an informative comment.

Do you ever wonder what long term psychological damage is caused by crushing our small children with overwhelming pressure and time constraints every single day of their developmental life from age 5-18 and then suddenly setting them free into the world with no guidance or assistance other than “get a job”
