to preface this (and address ur last point anon), i've been drawing mainly transmasc abrams smut (and subsequently c4t fernbrams) in the last couple months and been dumping them on my side twt. i'm still playing around w the details but the dimorphism idea has been there for a while since we've already seen how extravagant cadence's horns and tail are in the leaked ivy VN wip. a detail i can share with you is that i think horns and tails develop more drastically during puberty. so depending on when abrams started transitioning he grew smaller horns and a slightly more modest tail.

you bring a good point abt ixian gender norms... since my hc w abrams is him predominantly growing up in NYC (instead of growing up in ixia and moving to nyc as an adult) so human gender norms came really easy for abrams to adapt to, he's got the frame and mass already. but given that he does visit ixia regularly, his worrying head probably thought about the intersectionality between ixian cultural norms vs human cultural norms. woes of being a first gen immigrant figuring out yourself. worse if you're a queer one. (this shit hits a lil too close to home for me lol)
