Hunter is in the snow because he lived in the Colorado mountains near Aspen when that picture was taken.

That’s basically his back yard.

He’s dressed like that because up until moments before the photo he was writing.

He’s shooting his typewriter because he’s a writer.

I feel like Riverdale will become one of those "you had to be there" things. Because you can start the show after it ends, but it just won't be the same. The Fandom won't be the same. The general atmosphere won't be the same.

You had your chance to experience the Riverdale era and you missed it. And now you are trapped in a post Riverdale world. You just won't be bake to recreated the atmosphere the way it is now. Tragic.

In all seriousness though, despite my lighthearted criticism of the show sometimes, I really do think that Riverdale made all of us different people in one way or another. Which was pretty awesome to experience. I really do believe I wouldn't be the person I am today without the show.

We all made at least one new friend because of it (I assume). Imagine that! A whole new friend. Because of this show. I can't describe Riverdale as anything less than an era and I really do think that people will look back at it with a lot more love and appreciation in the future.

Anyways, I guess I'm kind of sad realizing this is really ending. We all used to joke that it never would and now it is. And it's difficult to wrap my head around. Thank you for reading!

I am vibrating with rage at this. Not just for the childish grasping whine of “I want it NOW”, unsatisfied with the millions of other free works of love offered up for entertainment, and not just for the complete ignorance of what makes a story; the arrogance to presume that the ending the author will make is irrelevant and that a substitute that goes completely in a different direction is just as good.

I FURIOUS BECAUSE THIS PERSON FED THE ALGORITHM WORDS THE AUTHOR NEVER WANTED A CORPORATION TO OWN. THOSE WORDS WERE FOR FELLOW FANS, FOR THE JOY AND LOVE OF THE ART AND SHE SPIT ON THAT. SHE FED THE CORPORATION THOSE WORDS. THEY WON’T LET THEM GO NOW. THE AI REMEMBERS AND LEARNS AND STEALS FROM THAT WORK FREELY AND WHOLEHEARTEDLY OFFERED IN FRIENDSHIP

She just fed the beast the screaming heart of a person who only offered friendship.
