For ages now, I've been looking for a playable restaurant lot in The Sims 3, but I've never found one. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and give the Business As Usual Bistro a well-needed makeover! This lot has so much potential, like the actual build is really well done, especially for an EA build, but the interior is incredibly lacklustre. My vision for this renovation was to create a "zen"-like atmosphere, with lots of greenery, dark wood and exposed stone accents. There is more than enough seating, inside and out, a bar where a mixologist will be assigned to and a more laid-back upstairs area with a pool table, TV, stereo and additional seating. (A big thank you to @dreamy-roses for helping me playtest this lot!) 🌄🍽🎋INFO🎋🍽🌄

(NOTE: I found that some default item overrides that automatically remove stencils from objects [not velocitygrass’ stencil remover] conflict with the wood replacement textures/render them broken)

Hello everyone. First of all, I want to apologize for my long absence and for not releasing the "Project renaissance" mod last summer. Unfortunately, there were reasons for this. Due to difficult life circumstances, I had to stop developing the mod for a while. But let's not talk about sad things.

Finally, I am ready to present you the mod "Project renaissance", which I have been working on for a long time.

I replaced the textures of 17 trees and 31 plants from The Sims 3 base game. The game was released 15 years ago, and today it looks pretty outdated in terms of graphics. Despite this, the game still has a huge fan base, which creates amazing mods and game materials, thereby making our game even more attractive and interesting.

Thanks to the "Project renaissance" mod, you can add a little realism to your game, the vegetation will look much more realistic.

I made two versions of the mod: small textures and large textures.

The first version is suitable for a comfortable gameplay, the second is more suitable for creating beautiful screenshots and videos, as it loads the system well enough. Gradually, I will refine my mod, I plan to add new vegetation textures for additions, as well as replace the textures of the landscape and roads.

estética é claro e também um pouco de inveja , eu me lembro de vê um vídeo sobre defaults para the sims 4 e quando vi que modificava a pilha de roupas fiquei impressionado, pois sempre achei a pilha de roupas feias com aquelas cores (por mais bobo que pareça, mas essas mini coisas fazem diferença...)

Why did I do it?

Aesthetics of course and also a little jealous, I remember watching a video about defaults for The Sims 4 and when I saw what I changed the pile of clothes I was impressed, Because I always found the stack of ugly clothes with those colors (as silly as it sounds, but these mini things make a difference …)

Today, many of their descendants, along with their furry friends, occupy the seaside town. Come for a stroll along the boardwalk, or study the town’s historical past at the colonial library - the possibilities are endless!

This download includes a save file featuring two ghostly households settled in the town’s haunted residences, along with correctly named rabbit holes.

🍁Goth Family Ghosts: Timaeus Goth & his electrifying wife, Angela Gilman! 🍁Gilman Hill Ghosts: Samuel Gilman, first mate Max Dalton, and feline predators Piper Pixel & Mr. Snugglywhiskers!

These spectral spirits inhabited the respective graveyards of the console version, save for Mr. Snugglywhiskers; he was the unseen resident of the Rock’s Edge Lighthouse, only encountered in the form of text pop-ups! As an homage to the console-exclusive mystery journal, he was reimagined for the PC release!

game loading screens share the same logo, just the pic changes - left to right: elden ring, resident evil 2, the last of us, fatal frame, gta v - all game loading screens got a fitting line from each game hihi

make sure to just have one loading screen at a time

loading screens need to load before your ui mod
