my new problem with harry potter
i have many problems with both harry potter and its writer but my newest one is the basilisk. I don't think it's a snake.
1st. it's teeth are all wrong for a venomous snake, they usually have two big fangs in the front and maybe a few smaller ones, and those are mostly covered by gums. The basilisk (as depicted in the movies) has large, bare fangs, that have a similar appearance to some of the dragons in harry potter (these sort of teeth aren't even common among lizards, the closest i could find with like, ten minutes of searching were crocs/gators).
2nd. its head shape is weird? it looks a lot less flat than any snakes i've ever seen and it feels really rigid. Again it looks more like the dragons than a snake.
3rd. this may be the worst one in my opinion, IT HAS EYELIDS. THAT IS LITERALLY IN THE DEFINITION OF SNAKE. may be attributed to Joanne knowing nothing about snakes as evidenced in the first book where the python winks (you think she'dve done even a microscopic amount of research into snakes given that they're the main villain's entire thing, but who knows maybe the mold already got to her at that point).
even if we attribute all this to it being a magical creature it still does not count as a snake. It is a legless, wingless, dragon.
Edit: I've just found out about a thing called a slow worm(I think?) that is basically a legless lizard and lives in Britain, it still doesn't match up all the way but its closer than a snake.

I've decided I hate the way I did springtrap and william, expect an updated version soon.
There's probably some canon answer to this but one thing I never understood was; who created the pizzaplex?
So I made an oc to do that
Bro jumped ship on that family the second he was old enough and ran away to college several states away.
As pretty much the only survivor after fnaf 6 he got any inheritance the Afton and Emily families had (Henry and him were bros) and he decided to open a new location (the pizzaplex) where (hopefully) nothing would go wrong.
It's also important to me that everyone knows he spends days that his joint pain isn't bad on busting it down on ddr and has the high score at the pizzaplexs arcades
