It's a good question, I'll give you that, I feel like I'm giving a subpar answer

I haven't one for Pack, but MANIA sounds like the Nameless Deity from the Terraria Calamity: Wrath of the Gods mod mod. PHOBIA, Their "Associate", sounds like the Bells voice from the Mac TTS.

As for {Weaver of tales} and {Speaker of Knowledge}, {Weaver} I can say my voice claim for the guy is the Eleventh Doctor from Doctor Who and for {Speaker} it's probably Rarity from MLP.
while royal has no current voiceclaim, i can describe his voice !

- roboanon
- his voice is a mid-range . it'd be quite low for a girl , but quite high for a boy . it could be interpreted as male or female , its quite androgynous
- he has an odd cadance to his speech . he speaks fast , pauses a lot , stutters somewhat often , and tends to sound monotone
- when he stutters its typically severe enough he literally cannot speak and has to restart his entire sentence
- he tries to deepen his voice when speaking to strangers but its clearly fake
- his voice does have some electronic filter over it , no surprise there i think
- his accent is weirdly inconsistent. he's normally got a typical washington/pnw accent, but will randomly become country or start speaking like he's a victorian boy
- his voice becomes VERY animated when he feels comfortable around somebody or recognizes somebody
