لبيك اللهم لبيك

Labbayka Allahumma labbayk. Here I am, at Your service, my Lord. Even with a heart hardened by my own doing. Still, I have answered Your call, walking to You in pursuit of Your forgiveness.

Labbayk.

Here I am, holding my dimmed soul up to Your Light, hoping Your nur will bathe it, Restore it to the innocence it once knew.

Labbayk.

Even as I stand far from the plains of Arafah, You know that I ache to be near. I am not draped in white, but I carry the weight of longing like a pilgrim. Not among the crowds crying out Your name, but my soul joins them from behind closed doors.

Labbayk.

Though my steps never reached the Valley of Mina, I walk to You with the sins I wish I’d shed, hoping Your Mercy will reach me before I reach You.

Best Dua on 'Arafah

Là ilaha illallah, wahda hu la sharika lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu, wa huwa ala kulli shai in qadir

• None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, Alone, without partner, to Him belongs all that exists, and to Him belongs the Praise, and He is powerful over all things.

Dua for good in this world & the next

Rabbana atina fid dunya hasanatan wa fil Aakhirati hasanatan wagina adhaban-nar

• Our Lord, give us in this world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

Dua for forgiveness

Rabbana zalamna anfusana wa il-lam taghfir lanà wa tarhamna la-

nakunanna minal-khasirin.

• Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves. If You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be amongst the losers.

Dua to make faith beloved in your heart

Allahumma habbib ilayna al-imaan wa zayyinhu fee quloobina, wa karrih ilayna al kufr wa al-fusooa, wa al-isyaan, waj alna min-ar rashideen

• O Allah make faith beloved to us and beautify it in our hearts, and make us hate disbelief, rebelliousness, and disobedience, and make us amongst those who are rightly guided.
