Literally, and I mean this in the nicest way possible, GO OUTSIDE. It depends on how you wanna do your service. Start by handing out pamphlets, info, making a page, and then go outside and make NOISE!! I did popups literally all across the states for YEARS before I garnered support from others.

What I do is raise awareness about public health safety and medicine in communities of color, so I literally went to a hospital and started dropping flyers EVERY FUCKING WHERE. EVERYYYWHERE. This is a better method of you’re “shy”, but if you don’t wanna be bold then you need to get out of the nonprofit business quickly. Literally half of the work is “embarrassing yourself” and being vocal about your cause. Protest in the street, go tag up a building, print flyers and make stickers, team up with local artists and independently owned businesses to help spread the word, etc etc. And TRADEMARK YOUR COMPANY NAME! I can’t stress this enough, CLAIM YOUR SHIT as soon as you get the idea.

Get your school involved too! Schools love partnering with students who have ideas early on so they can try and get better representation. step on every resource you have, im so serious.
