Winnie had thought she was being quiet, especially since she was still partly dazed after the night she’d had with Cory. She barely even noticed her father sitting there, waiting for her. But it didn’t bother her - it didn’t even annoy her the way it usually did. Instead, she smiled. “Happy New Year, McFly.”

“Want to tell me where you’ve been?” He asked, raising a brow at how unphased she was to find him awake. “Maybe what you’ve been on?”

I don’t know whether to be proud of you or grossed out that I know that now,” Olivia laughed.

“Please don’t tell me you think they’re hot,” she scrunched up her face at the thought. “I’m not above disowning you, you know.”

“Little to plastic for me. I like my woman natural.” He laughed, poking her scrunched up nose. 

“I don’t know what I’m more scared of, the dad joke or the fact you know what the Kardashian’s are.”

“Of course I know who they are. I’m hype. I’m cool, like ice. ”

“Martin, Martin, Martin,” Bailey said with a sing-song voice. “Have you seen my Dad? Or do you want to help me carve these pumpkins?”

“I have not and I mean why not? My girls have left me to see there friends for the time being. What pumpkins do we have?”
