as it turns out, Rochester and i got our happy ending. oh, have tables turned. i am wealthy, he is poor and blind. the only thing keeping us together is pure love. it is just us, together forever in Ferndean.

i’m soo grateful for my journey outside of Gateshead. if i would have stayed, i don’t think i would have had the opportunity to meet so many nice women and create my own family. when i first began tutoring Adele Varens, we became good companions for each other. she had poor discipline when i met her, but it drastically improved over the time i’ve gotten to know her. however, there is always going to be a triflin’ woman wherever you go. her mother, Celine, was another gold digger after Rochester’s money -__- 

i love my two cousins, Mary and Diane Rivers, St, John’s sisters. but, they reveal the injustice of society’s distreatment of intelligent women who are married. Mary married a clergyman, while Diana married a navy officer. they are both forced to work in a rich house, because of their family’s misfortune. however, they are kind and compassionate to me while i stayed at the Moor House.

not all girls have each others backs. if Jesus came back today, i would know two women who wouldn’t be going back with him. Blanche Ingram and Grace Poole.  Grace, being such an alcoholic, allowed Bertha to destroy the house and start the fire that burnt Thornfield, who by the way, bit a huge chunk out her brother, Richard. Blanche is literally my romantic rival. she is obviously a gold digger, but i think Rochester might be attracted to her beauty rather than plain old Jane. 

us girls have to stick together. i should have listened to Mrs. Fairfax when she told me to have nothing to do with Mr. Rochester because of our difference in age and social class. i didn’t really want to believe her because she is distantly related to the Rochesters. she is such a nice lady, at least she retired with a great pension after i left Thornfield.

girl. so tell me why i figure out about this CRAZY HEFFER named Bertha Mason? ugh. i can’t believe him all this time he claimed to love me and he had another woman waiting for him in his bed. AND he had the AUDACITY to try and ask me to marry him? uhm, no honey boo boo try again. if i didn’t have Jesus i would have said yes, but i’m a die hard Christian and you know a girl over here tryna get into heaven so i can’t be too triflin’.

holy moly i done found my future kid’s dad. ok, so tell me why, i’m making my way to Thornfield, right? and this dude FALLS OFF A HORSE. like a whole horse. so i’m like tryna help him up or whatever, then sooner or later, i find out he OWNS the Thornfield manor like wtf. although he may not be handsome strictly, his forcefulness makes him appealing and sensual, kind of like Christian Grey.  as i got to know him even more, i realized he was important because his unconditional love was new to me, since i have never had a real family before.  

i aspire to have traits like Miss Temple someday. other than Helen, she was one of few to treat us with as much compassion as possible. she would often give us extra bread and cheese with our stingy meals. i still not sure, but she was particularly more kind to Helen and I, giving us seed cake while we had tea together. during Helen’s last days, she gave her a warm bed to pass in. i can only wish to possess her inner strength and lady-like demeanor.

Mr. Lloyd is truly an angel. thanks to him, everyone now knows that i am not a pathological liar. if it hadn’t been for him, i wouldn’t have ever stepped foot in lowood and began my journey outside of Gateshead.

wow. how come no one told me lowood was for poor orphans? the Reeds have literally paid nothing to send me here. tough. i mean, it’s not all bad, i got my girl helen in here. we be vibin’ hard. she always has my back. Helen is one of the closest things i have to family. she was literally the only one that would talk to me, after my Aunt Reed told Mr. Brocklehurst i was a liar, and forbid anyone to talk to me. what a jerkhole. 

where is cps when you need them? i'm pretty sure stomping my Cousin John was self- defense, but ok, Aunt Reed. all i want is to be loved, not haunted by my uncle's ghost. i am literally dreading Gateshead. at least i have Bessie to get me through it.
