Overthinking in progress… I am working on killing this bad habit. Sharing my new method: 💎1. Write a random number 10-30 on your wrist or another place (it should be visible). 💎2. Every time you catch yourself on overthinking- check the number and spend this exact quantity of seconds on DOING something good instead of thinking. My list: ✔️Text “Good Morning! I hope you are feeling better today!” to your friend - he’ll appreciate you are thinking about him/her; ✔️Say 5 supportive, kind words to your employee ( like “You did a great job yesterday! We got great feedback from our customer!”)- sometimes it means the world to the person; ✔️Make 10 sit-ups for yourself or drink a cup of water- it’s better for health than nothing! 💎 Action over the Word.
