Meet Marina Molares, she creates fantastical collages to transport the viewer to another world using a variety of media which often feature animals or/and space. Here is a short interview with her-

Describe your work in three words? If we’re talking about my collage specifically I would say Surreal, fun and symbolic.

Where do you find the content for your collages? Some of them online, some other in magazines or old books.

You often use animals in your work, why is this? I like myths and the hybrids between human and animal. Human beings are just another species, but we’re animals too. I like to portray the animal in us.

What do you like about collage compared to working with other mediums? It’s fun to play with found images and create new meanings to them.
