Undeserving.
It is disheartening to think that at times, those who can make you smile are also the ones who can make you weep. Life is tough. But it is even tougher when the people you hold most dear are making you feel like you are nothing. Like you are unwanted. Like you are worthless.
I have given way too much to others that I have forgotten to take care of myself as well. I have been way too selfless that I wrecked my own walls letting all the demons devour me yet again.
I should not have done it. But I did. I know should have stopped myself when I could. But I did not. And look what it all caused. Everything.
Maybe all I ever wanted was to feel accepted. To feel loved. To feel important.
Maybe I am just tired of being treated like a ghost — cannot be seen, cannot be held.
Maybe I crave to receive the same gifts that I have left on their doorsteps to make them smile from ear to ear.
Maybe that is what I want. Maybe that is what I have been longing for.
But different mouths have spoken. Different lips have said the exact same words. I am way too undeserving.
I've been there done that...
Sad and I must say most of what were written are true.

I think sometimes people who have mental illness (myself included) forget that the reason we may be so tired all the time, is because we’re expending our energy with internally fighting inside ourselves. We’re using up our energy to tackle anxiety, or depression, or whatever the case may be. Fighting against that, along with doing daily chores? Studying? Keeping up with life in general? It can be EXHAUSTING.
So don’t ever feel bad if you need to take a breather for a small while. Don’t feel guilty for needing to nap and replenish those energy juices. Your body is amazing in the way that it can tell us what we need. You gotta take care of yourself, so don’t for a second believe that rest and recooperation has a time restraint on it. Everyone grows at different paces, and that includes rest. So keep growing.
