evil pomni should have been 1) black and red instead of her outfit but the colors swapped to uglier locations 2) interesting

gangle might be one of the most annoying characters ever but also she reminds me of meulin like she is so earnest how can you hate her.... I have a collection of porcelain masks so im predisposed to like her, l can't decide if I would change it so her ribbon body is like a tube like a snake or keep the weird human body she has....I almost feel like snake ribbon body would be the conventional option????? for a cartoon at least vs her weird tube body and floating limbs. but I feel like that would have been way more cool as an animated character...you could do so much expression and movement and she could wind her body into different shapes and animals which I feel like she'd really enjoy...one of the only real themes tadc has is body dysmorphia for like literally all characters and they spend no time exploring that lol
