UNDER CO.!

                                                                    ❝ you MADE THAT? ❞ there was a clear tone of surprise and astonishment present in his words and truly, the son of the sea didn’t care to hide it, after all, the amazing wonders of life were supposed to be admired. And that kid’s TALENT? It was something else entirely, Hephaestus should be proudly smiling or dying of jealousy right now.

                                      All there was: SILENCE and TENSION between the two demigods. Seafoam hues were clearly uncomfortable and discontented with such situation, blood running quicker and colder through his veins as he tried to act, well... at least as he should be, normally. Chill. He was supposed to be his friend. He WAS his friend. And yet those dark eyes didn’t reflect any kind of affection. They were empty, mere shadows of a kid that suffered a pain the taller one would never be able to understand nor dare to ask about. And the most ironic part? They were on a mission, TOGETHER and gods know why. Great.

                                      Don’t mind him, he’s just nuzzling over the fearsome god of Zeus’ shoulder as he tries his best to take a quick nap WITHOUT drooling. Geez, were those muscles or Eden’s pillows? Hard to tell, but man, that was so comfy. Maybe if he stayed quiet, didn’t drool ( very important part ) and didn’t snore, Jason wouldn’t NOTICE.

                                      ❝ WHAT are you staring at, octavian? ❞ it was already uncomfortable having people gazing him; some looking out of sheer CURIOSITY, others with a hint of shock and others ( like the roman himself ), with, well... DISGUST would perhaps be the best word to describe. But gods, that kid had a wicked sparkle shining within those orbs. 

                                      WATER IS A SANCTUARY  ———— a place where there is no gods’ cruelty nor greed; free of any RULE. It’s somewhere that can wash away every worry and fear, purifying your soul to every lasting bit. The waves can easily massage your body, tangling your locks as all your organs can have a break, relaxing to its caring touch. There’s absolutely NOTHING that can truly harm him, the son of the sea itself, down there. The depths are his natural realm and every drop, every bubble, is there under his command. In simpler words, the most welcoming shelter the demigod could ever ask for.                                        Still, every BLESSING comes with a price. Down there, there was nothing but him; seated on the sand as the teen felt the fishes passing by, gently tickling his feet. LONELINESS was a true feeling under the sea, more vivid than any other. And truly, he wondered what happened to his thoughts. It was easy thinking about death, ABOUT WAR, about not being able to protect those he loved when your life was being put in danger in every week. It was easy to be shaken by those things when you carried the weight of not only GODS, but humans as well. It was hard being half mortal; so fragile however fated to become strong, for better or worse, holding NO SAYING whatsoever. So, would it be possible that such thinkings became LOST ASHES? Would they turn into bubbles? Would they be SCREAMS that echoed through the currents which no one would ever hear? Or would they simply  ———

                                       ❝ i seriously don’t LIKE science. ❞ and how could he, anyways? All those weird numbers and letters ( what were they called again? Oh right, FORMULAS ) just didn’t make any sense at all to him. However, neither did literature, geography or anything that wasn’t about greek things or simply the OCEAN itself. A big pink scientific explosion, on the other hand  ————

                                        ❝ yeah, that’s really... HORRIBLE. ❞ a tone of irony was present on his voice and as much as the demigod tried to endure all that classic spoiled kid talk about how much parents suck, how life was horrible and how SOCIETY didn’t understand them; he just couldn’t help but to wear a look of annoyance on his features. Gods must really hate him to make him go through such torture.
