To my darling Bella, you were an absolute blessing to the family. I’ll never forgot the day Bran and I went to the Baltimore SPCA to just play with the dogs, and we found you all alone in the corner of your cell. They didn’t want to let us adopt you, cause let’s be honest, you were nuts! But we fought hard and eventually they let us take you home. I’m glad that Ronan had a younger sister to keep him company in his golden years, and I’ll never forget the day we brought Baxter home and the look you gave us... “What the hell guys??? You brought home a little rhino???” But you were a great older sister to him as well, snapping at him when he got out of line, and always inappropriately licking his donger in front of Liz and I. I wish I could have taken you with me on my travels to NYC and then to San Francisco, but the move would have been too much for you. Forever grateful to my parents for not even blinking an eye and taking you back in while Liz and I try to figure out our place in the world. You and I have been through so much together, from almost dying in the car crash a few years ago, to losing sleep during your many surgeries that you needed along your journey. We may not know your official birthday, but I’ll never forget the day you left us. I’m so sad, but happy you’re no longer in pain. Our little Bellita-Poo.
