As some of y'all know, my cat Mariah has been in poor health lately. Her vet bills have already reached $1,165.89 and we still don't have a diagnosis. The vet estimated that her next round of testing (and medication to try to stabilise her until those results come in) will be an additional $400. As such, I'm opening up a few discounted emergency commission slots to help cover some of these costs. Here's what I'm offering:

These emergency commissions are heavily discounted and commissions will no longer be available at these prices once I've covered Mariah's care!

Prices are per character and may increase for very complex designs. Things like props, backgrounds, fully rendered hair, adult content, etc are all available as add-ons with an additional charge. Please be aware that I work on a queue system, and given the volume of work I will need to do to pay off her vet bills, there may be extended wait times. I will not be able to offer rush commissions at a discount. Thank you for understanding!

Thank you so much to everyone who has helped donate to her care, and to everyone who has sent kind words and condolences about her deteriorating health. You've all been a huge help to me and to her in what has been an extremely stressful and upsetting time. Thanks to everyone's donations, I was able to get her medication that helped ease her pain in her last days, and I was able to ensure that I'd be able to bring her remains home with me after she passed.

The cost of her care before she passed ended up totalling $1,512.83, and thanks to everyone's donations and commissions so far, we've been able to cover $436.38 of that. I'm so grateful for the generosity and compassion that has already been shown. These vet bills have basically wiped out my savings, and it would have been much worse without your help.

I'm going to continue offering discounted commissions until all her bills are covered, and any donations I receive until then will go straight to covering those costs as well. Thank you again for all the help and hope everyone sent our way. This was always going to be difficult, but you've all helped it be much easier than it might've been otherwise.

To my clients, thank you for your patience so far, and please offer me a little extra patience moving forward while I grieve. I may need some time before I can get back to work, but I will keep you all updated on the situation and let you know when I'm able to continue your pieces.
