Interesting fact: both male and female reindeer shed their antlers, yes. BUT. AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE YEAR. Male reindeer shed at the end of November/beginning of December. They’re left without them until spring. Female reindeer keep their antlers during the winter, and shed around May.
