Again, society has created a standard that we need a partner to make us whole when we’re already a whole ourselves. Furthermore you’re just 19… What did you miss out in your teen years? Meaningless flings, unnecessary heartbreak, drunken nights with mistakes you’ll later regret, drugs that make you senseless…

Focus on finding your dreams or building your career. Becoming a strong-minded woman will attract strong-minded men. When the time is right you’ll meet someone, so don’t worry. You’re not weird or strange. Just think you’ll be able to have a relationship in the future where you don’t hesitate because of a previous heartbreak. Or find it hard to trust someone because you’ve been disrespected before.

I wish I had done that in my teens instead of wasting my time on stupid little boys.

(P.S. If anyone tries to make fun of you because you haven’t kissed or had a relationship… Then maybe you should re-evaluate the people you’re spending time with)
