Copycat :)

A friend's boyfriend sent me a picture of a t-shirt and asked me if I could make it "printable" somehow. I didn't think that's possible with a low quality picture as this is, so I decided to make it by myself.

The pictures are not the same, but I like mine even better. 

For Walter White's title I used Heart Breaking Bad font and for Jon Snow's Game of Thrones font. Sheldon's is just Impact font with a stylized "i".

I recently made a menu for a friend's wedding. Not much more to say about it. She wanted it to be purple and have some feathers to go along with table decorations.

The font I used for titles is Great Vibes.

I was developing custom complex UI component in Vaadin Framework.

Shortly, the UI component features CRUD operations on composite domain object structure. Customer can add custom attributes for domain objects (types: String, Integer, Boolean, Date, Double) and the component will dynamically generate form input fields and table columns. 

Just made this tag cloud on the right with the nice script linked above. There are many cloud behavior options to choose from, tutorial how to insert the script and add custom style to this Tag Cloud.

I have an AMAZING group of friends. There are 7 girls (including me) and 6 boys :D

So, I made some Christmas tree ornaments as a present for girls only.

Master studies - Drools Guvnor Project

So this is one expert system application based on decision tree I made. It's about choosing the perfect bird pet for customer.

I've already done similar assignment on the same subject, but instead of Java desktop application with Swing GUI and Drools, this time it has to be web application and there has to be Guvnor repository for Drools rules which was deployed on JBoss AS.

For creating PDF file with explanations of a result customer gets, I used JEFF (Java Explanation Facility Framework) which was created by teaching assistant (Bojan Tomić) on my faculty. 

I've had to do much research to make this decision tree and I have learned a lot about birds! It was fun to gather these pictures of birds to pair with questions. At the end I really liked the result!

So, technologies summary as always: Java, Java2EE, Eclipse Indigo, Drools, Guvnor, JBoss AS, JSF.

Master studies - GWT Project

Now this is a project I really liked. Accent was on GWT (Google Web Toolkit) GUI and AJAX communication between client and server.

I made a poor online shop application. :)

It wasn't about implementing all of the shopping features, but only some use cases.

I called it "Madam Mim's Costumes" and played with GWT GUI components which are so cool and pretty :D

There are two user roles: admin and customer. There are register dialog and login form. Admin can add, edit and delete costumes. Customer can view all the costumes in a table and when selecting one, he can see the details, enter the amount and add it to shopping cart. In shopping cart he customer can see calculated total price.

So, the next big project, or at least very important to me, was my graduation paper.

I used an application I did for Software Development subject and add some new, let say advanced stuff in it, write some more pages of documentation (it gets to 98 pages) and it was done.

In documentation was described whole software development process according to Larman's method (requirements specification, analysis, architecture, implementation and testing).

The software system was about rent-a-bike service. It was a desktop application with client-server three leveled architecture. The focus of the paper was on ORM (Object Relational Mapping) Framework - Hibernate.

So, some sort of summary would be:

- Java2SE Platform

- IDE: NetBeans 7.0

- DB: MySQL

- ORM: JPA - Hibernate

- GUI: Swing

I'm a big fan of A Song Of Ice And Fire, a.k.a. Game Of Thrones.

I find many people made this dragon eggs of Daenerys from all sorts of materials.

This is a site for my father's private company.

It's actually online, but I wanted to "shoot some screens" :D, because I plan to change its look completely. It seems kinda old fashioned to me now.. And it's not really optimized.. those three big images/links disappear till it's all loaded.. at least with Internet as "fast" as mine.. :P

This was meant to be my portfolio.. domain and everything..

Sadly, it didn't make it more than a first page, and one nice jQuery slider gallery. Pictures are not optimized at all.. I didn't know of sprites back then. :)

I have to say, this stitched fabric pattern is freebie from Orman Clark's site. He's really great!
