OC: Bintang
OC: Hari
A bit of a repost but I feel I have a lot of OCs already which I haven't shown you all because I'm not very good at presenting them but whenever I want to join a TTRPG, I would recycle the same character just imbued with the game's worldbuilding. I don't get that chance a lot so the first is a small one shot online campaign for the game BREAK!!, it's my OC Bintang (she/they) as a sandcat raineko factotum, it's a pretty nice first time one shot. We got scolded a lot by the audience (a bunch of ttrpg old-timers who visited the voice chat) for taking too long when discussing a plan but it's okay, I suppose. It's set in a magical academy and the quest was to fix our grade in the teacher's longue (and it's sort of part of the test as well). I got a bit overstimulated in the end cuz, y'know, first time and such. The second one, I've been seeing solo journaling RPG on my FYP and technically it's more journaling than a game but I heard that some solo journaling RPG also has problem solving/puzzle game in it. This one is from The Wandering Library by AP, a one-page journaling RPG. My OC Hari (he/they) is a librarian of this wandering library. I was inspired by a bunch of Sundanese folklore and mythology and it was pretty fun. I've been writing an AoKaga multichapter fanfiction and the process is pretty tedious (I've reached 29k words so far) but writing with a pen helped poured out all the words and sequences first instead of planning out the outline and then rewriting the sentences a few times, so it was really nice.
Since the Wandering Library is basically doing prompts using dices, I wanted to at least did three or five more prompts to make one coherent one shot or multichapter cuz I realized I don't have to make one story for each prompt and make them continuous instead so... we'll see. This also gave me a reason to write a story and upload them on Ao3 apart from the main story cuz both Bintang and Hari are from stories that I was planning to make comics out of but not exactly a webcomic but it's still a long process. I'm still saving up for CSP and I'm still learning perspective and it's just pretty big. But I love writing AUs out of them and I don't think I want to keep producing OCs just for RPG or journaling, right? So I love recycling them over and over again.
